Reached Brisbane Airport at 6+am I think...
Took hired bus to FARM.
Actually is "farm" becoz it's specially created for tourists and so not really actual farm...
The lambs/sheep, horses, etc so little -.-
But!
Managed to CARRY A KOALA for taking pic!
I felt that the koala was going to do big business on me (to carry koalas muz put hands on their backside)...
But very fast la so I was safe.
Heard some commotion from the next family...
They so suaii?
Then the pic was like damn ex lor.
A15 for 6 x 8 pic sia...
Tourists attraction ma...
And!
I also managed to FEED A LAMB!
Omg lor...
It's def something special...
The lamb so damn adorable sia finished milk already auto let go off the bottle.
Then another came up and wanted the bottle.
Even stood on its hind legs trying to get the bottle.
Rather funny la...
After that went Mt Nathan Winery. (The farm was called Paradise Country, btw.)
Dad bought honey.
Sounds strange, isn't it?
Buying HONEY in a WINERY.
Anyway gt complimentary wine for visiting the place.
Has no use whatsoever to me becoz I am a kid so can't drink wine.
Even if I can I doubt I will.
After that went to hotel lor.
Mantra Legends Hotel in Gold Coast (specifically Surfers Paradise).
Yep, the cheapest hotel in the area (or so we heard).
Becoz the hotel was the oldest over there.
Then went for dinner and slept early lor cos jet lag.
Slept like pig sia for abt 10 hrs.
Cool :D
Next day woke up went for buffet breakfast in the hotel, included in tour package.
Ate the breakfast for abt 5 days lor.
Everyday nearly same food de.
Only gt my fave hash brown on even numbered days.
But still more nutritious than my normal breakfast in SG.
Aft breakfast went to Movie World.
Played the rides there (not every ride!).
Liked the Superman Escape (correct title?), Batwing and the Wild West Falls.
SE - the craziest roller coaster I've ridden yet.
BW - damn quick in shooting up, so quick that u cant yell aft abt 2 seconds.
WWF - I juz wanted to get wet (: Besides it came down very quick, very exciting, was one of the best I ever ridden. And it went backwards too!
I liked the Scooby-Doo too...
The many twists and turns made me want to go back, but had extremely long queue...
And the Road Runner roller coaster too...
Had loads of fun there (:
But too bad lunch wasn't included...
Ate meat pie (:
Yum yum.
Then dinner ah.
Went to a restaurant with dinner packages.
Quite nice.
But wasn't included in package.
Then the next day went Sea World.
Also had fun but not as fun as Movie World I think.
Played Bermuda Triangle and 'forgot liao'.
Similar as Wild West Falls.
Lunch damn ex.
A30+ for 2 fast food meals -.-
Dinner we ate at the restaurant with very salty prawns.
Da next day went honey factory.
Bought some honey :D
I liked the Tasmanian Leatherwood so bought 42g de onli A2 :D
Also bought Manuka honey :DD

I remember I eat before that honey.
When I was younger my mum always let me eat honey.
I recognised the taste to be the same as the Manuka honey.
Then daddy bought for me.
So happy!!
After that we went to a wholesale shop.
Purchased a few things.
And went to Pacific Fair.
Australia's biggest shopping mall.
Don't think we bought anything though.
Then we went to eat at a Hong Kong (or Taiwan) restaurant.
Not bad but quite ex.
The next day we went to Australian Fair.
Second biggest mall.
Bought a lot of stuff.
Mostly for me and mum.
Ahaha...
Spent the whole day there.
Dinner was at the Kuala Lumpur Restaurant.
Even more ex.
But yummy la.
The next day woke up early lor cos returning back to sg.
Lunch was on the plane.
The fish nice la.
Reached sg at abt 5+pm.
Went to opposite nanny hse eat dinner.
Long time nvr eat 'chinese cuisine' so it was nice...

Went to watch Twilight with DM, QP, Charmaine Pong and Elton...
IT WAS SO AWESOME!
Never regretted to watcht the movie.
In fact maybe will regret if didn't watch the movie.
Haha...
I think it's really great...
However something seems to be not there...
So it gets a total of 4.5 popcorn (stars)!
Edward Cullen is so mysterious o.O
(And the vampires are so damn pale! How did they do it? Of course by putting white powder lor...)
Can't wait for New Moon.
Still, Vampire Knight wins when compared with Twilight...
(Perhaps because I watched Vampire Knight first?)
Vampire Knight - 5 stars.
Perfect! (Though a little too scary.)
Twilight - 4.5 stars.
Something's lacking. (Don't know what though... Maybe I go read up Twilight reviews.)
But overall a movie to recommend everyone :D

Ytd had an interesting dream.
Me, my dad, DM and xq went with me to buy movie tickets.
We decided to watch Madagascar (dunno how spell) lor.
So purchased the tickets.
But I changed my mind at the last minute.

I turned around to see the other movies and guess what I saw?
Vampire Knight!
Haha... must have been watching too much VK (or thinking too much).
Today went to temple to pray to my deceased grandparents (father's side).
I don't really know why, but it appears that some festival's going on.
Anyway, just went and prayed lor...
After that went to nanny hse lor.
Wanted to play com but internet modem not turned on.

Just a small update on what I've been doing.
Watching Vampire Knight Guilty and Final Approach.
When finished Final Approach, I'll watch Death Note movie.
And...
Watching Hooping Dulcinea (dou niu yao bu yao) rewind on cable TV.
I'm so absoutely hooked on it.
And I noticed similarities of shows now...
They all have a girl + 2 boys romance situation...
Whenever I watch Hooping (HD), I'll be reminded of Vampire Knight (Guilty) and similar shows.
Like Fruits Basket, Full Moon wo Sagashite, etc.
The list of comparison:
Yuki = Shengxue (HD), Tohru (FB), Mitsuki (FMWS)
Zero = Zicong (HD), Kyo (FB), Takuto (FMWS)
Kaname = Shen Ruo He (HD), Yuki (FB), Eichi (FMWS)
Interestingly, Shengxue ends up with Shen Ruo He, while Tohru with Kyo and Mitsuki with Takuto. For me, I'm a YukixZero person!
And also watching Hot Shot on cable too!

Today is a... normal day.
Morning woke up at 9+ lor. Was planning to wake up later but alr woke up so no choice.
Then mummy cut my hair... Currently sporting a new (short) hairstyle.
Not too bad la... Was better than I thought anyhow.
Then went online lor and DM gt me some quizzes to do.
Some quite true, others are juz plain annoying cos they are untrue.
One quiz even said I was a 'StupidFreak' -.-
I wanted to scold that person who made that quiz how dare he/she say that?
Yeah I get offended by nicks.
Easily.
Anyway after that went to Hougang Sports Hall with DM play bmt.
Rented an hour of bmt court.
But we found out some bad ppl were using OUR court.
So we had to use another spare court lor...
Then play halfway the lights above suddenly turned off.
We soon realised that the lights were off for courts unused.
Walao so lao kui in front of ppl who weren't playing lor.
They probably thought we didn't rent the court.
All thanks to those ppl lor...
I saw 3 boys (or maybe 4) wearing shirts with sch name.
I don't really want to say but... anyway here goes.
Victoria and Mayflower (sec la!).
Wanna complain leh but anyway dun la... Be someone gd?
Anyways after that went for dinner.

Today went out to Bugis BHG and Pargon... Actually same as ytd too... Dunno why go again lah... We went for seafood lunch today at Turf Club in Bukit Timah... After that went Bugis lor... Then so darn boring lor... Nth much to do then cannot go Kinokuniya cos nanny'll be bored so go around in circles so boring... Wanna go watch movie oso cannot... Luckily later went for gelatos so killed my boredom... Then chat chat lor then go home... Nth much lah... Only bought a little something :)

I watched VK Guilty ep 7 on Crunchyroll ytd... It was so darn nice I can't wait for the next episode to come on CR (heard that the subbers are hving exams rite now and can't sub)... Hope their exams quickly finish and can sub and upload the eps... All VK fans on CR (including me) are dying to know what happens next... C'mon! Zero's face was so... when he heard that Yuki was... (can't write becoz lotsa ppl hvnt watch there yet) I wanna know what happens (even know I ALREADY know becoz I read the spoilers and Wikipedia... It wrote all the secrets...) but nvm I think I can hold on. Going to CR now to check if ep 8's up, then read VK manga online then go play games... Sayonara~

Ytd went out with Kaiyi, DM and XQ to AMK hub... Initially wanted to Bishan GV de but Cathay student price cheaper so went AMK lor.... And wanted to watch the Quantum of Solace but dun hab aftn show so watched City of Ember instead. OK lah the show quite nice but I think I'll rate it a 4-star. Could be better... Before show started we went for lunch the show was at 1.10pm but we 12.45pm hvnt eat lunch then chiong like siao... We thought got quite some ad de so we 1.15pm then go in but show alr started -.-... But didn't really matter cos the front part nt that important lah we still can watch without going like, what the heck happened in front? I don't get what they're saying/doing! Then the show abt 3.15 ended lor... we played games at arcade and go shop shop lor but didn't buy anything, juz plain window shopping. Spent a heck of a sum at the arcade... I'm feeling so sore that one $10 note went missing... Did I accidentally hand u $20 for the show KY and XQ? That's why u said how come she nvr notice $10 gone or sth like that... Ahhh... Nvm lah... Then 6+ go home lor so tired... Always like that whenever go out with friends lah... But was fun... Waiting for Twilight to come...

Yeahh ytd went Charmaine Pong's house! Me, Dong Mei, Qiao Pei, Shi-Hui and her cousin Pei Jun were the girls while Zhiyi and Wei Xiang were the boys. At first we started playing Monopoly while waiting for the boys to arrive. Wei Xiang arrived not long after and we continued playing until Charmaine announced that the chocolate fondue was ready and we thus abandoned the game and ate the chocolate-covered fruits and marshmallows. We even wanted to finish the entire plate of marshmallows so that Zhiyi couldn't eat!!
After I ate some fruits (if you can consider SOME) I took the packet drinks and made small talk with Char's mom and our chat centred around schools, while Shi-Hui, her cousin Pei Jun and Wei Xiang watched Miss Swan and later played MapleStory. We girls decided to go to the room and make a friendship blog but the stupid computer got the Family thingy so a lot of things banned (sry Charmaine)... I dunno whether they in the end made anot... Anyways Zhiyi arrived at like 7+ lor then we eat spaghetti (dunno whether is earlier or later) then yum yum so delicious... After eating they wanted play hide-and-seek so they go play while me and Dongmei sat in front of the computer and I played Maplestory :) DM gt play a little lah... After which we played Truth or Dare and it was a little fun... But some of them came up with so dumb qns... And no the dumb qns are nt abt love. Then I went home first at abt 9 lor... Fun but wish could be longer... More parties!!!

First say first, this is going to be a pretty loooong post.
That's my feeling, cos I'm gonna write about some things ytd.
And yes, this is my 100th post, saved especially for today.
Ytd night, I had some dreams (I'm not sure whether they're together as a dream or separate ones) that began from real life to anime (me running on XMPS corridor cos it was alr 'bell rang' and could go home but had to deliver CDs for a teacher, which is rather funny as I'm no longer studying in XMPS, to Vampire Knight's Yuki dancing with diamonds among her feet, though I'm not sure whether it's snowing, to Death Note's Ryuk serving customers in a dessert shop LOL!)... Which was rather weird... And definitely funny and illogical (my dreams had hardly been logical).
Woke up today with a 'sinking' feeling that I was not going to hit my target of 250. But at least pretty close. So did my usual routine, then waited for my dad to accompany me to school. He tok tok on the phone for so long that I was late in meeting friend. But so happened that I met Elitz on the bus to school... And my anxiety grew in the school hall as approaching the results. Honestly, I was surprised and happy for Jiayi who got top in school... 268 is a high score! Then, when I got my results, I didn't open it immediately so my uncle opened it for me... And I got 249. Very happy at first, but really I didn't reach my target of 250 by just 1 mark... (I'm psychic?) And I got A* for Chinese and Merit for Higher Chinese... Quite surprising... I didn't expect to get A*... My first time getting A* for any subject... And happy that got Merit cos only gt Pass for prelim... And to that someone, don't get mad for me for getting A*... Then after that Mr Chock gt a pizza party and thus my lunch was taken care then... We took some pics and Kaiyi asked me to play badminton wif her... End up DM, XQ, me and Kaiyi play badminton for 1 hr before going to Kaiyi's hse... Then play Twister and Pictionary... Had so much fun before leaving at 6pm... Went home happily and relaxed... That's it...

Yo peeps :) Ytd finished watching Vampire Knight (sry didn't write abt it) and I mean the first season, nt the second season VK Guilty (each season has 13 eps)... It's a definite must-watch for the second season cos the first season was a major cliffhanger at the last ep... (Spoiler: is Kaname going to lie to the council about how he thinks Shizuka was killed by Zero when he himself was the one who killed her? Will Zero be 'released' from his near-Level E state to a 'true' vampire after drinking Kaname's blood, since Kaname drank Shizuka's? Who willl Yuki choose? So many qns... Must watch on to know :) and I alr read Wikipedia so I know, a bit spoiler lah) As for when I'm starting VK Guilty, it depends... Today, tmr or the day aft tmr? We'll see...
But since Crunchyroll hasn't finish uploading VK Guilty, I may end up watching on other websites (I can't wait, I'm more of VK's fan than of crunchyroll's) although I hope they quickly upload VK Guilty's rest episodes... I heard though that the ppl hving trouble subbing ep 6... So it'll probably be slowed down... sigh...

Ytd watched Vampire Knight to ep 7... But didn't finish ep 7. I like the songs, but they give a scary vibe (it's more like the ending theme song though. The opening theme's fine). I still like the songs though! (It's probably becoz that it gives a scary vibe which makes me want to listen to it.) But... I like the anime! I'm considering letting it be my 3rd fave anime (replacing Fruits Basket) but it's juz considering now, haven't decided yet. Perhaps I'll decide later on.
I went to Compass Point ytd with my nanny and bought: a hp keychain for my hp, Rubik's cube (my old one was spoilt, not by me but a certain someone) and a belt. I must complain, the cube is so hard to turn! There doesn't seem to be lubricants on it! (Or is it that all new cubes are like tht?) Sigh... But I'll still play it! Gtg, VK now!

Ytd I watched Vampire Knight, up to ep 4... I must say it's a great anime, although it does get scary at parts (especially the part when vampires attack Yuki) and it makes u want to watch on until the last ep (I wanted to watch finish the whole anime ytd!), as they are great with cliffhangers! I wanna watch on! And... Yui Horie sounds more 'mature' voicing Yuki (she sounds like a child when voicing Tohru in Fruits Basket) and Mamoru Miyano still sounds great voicing Zero... Unfortunately I forgot how Kaito sounded in Mermaid Melody so I can't say about Daisuke Kishio, but he's doing a good job for Kaname too.
After that I went out to Centrepoint shop shop lah... I didn't buy anything but at least I'm not cooped up at home and Orchard's deco-ed so pretty! I'm feeling Christmas in my bones alr... It's my favourite festival besides my birthday (Are birthdays festivals?) Yeah I wanna scream 'It's Christmas!' at the top of my lungs... Although I'll probably be scolded for that :P And when I reached home managed to catch a bit of Hot Shot on cable and I was like, Yay it's them!! Xiao zhu, Wu Zun and Jerry Yan! Aww... Ytd was last day of sch... Couldn't bear to leave everyone... Although I didn't cry... Just didn't feel like we're really leaving.... So couldn't cry... I didn't get a chance to say goodbye (in person) to some of my friends and my junior... So darn sad... Although I can see my friends on Thursday I'll never see my junior again... Wahhhh..... But I have her msn so we could chat.... I hope I can remain friends with all my pals from pri sch.... To my pri sch frens, you've been with me for so long, thanks for being by my side... I'll never forget you, and I hope u feel the same too... Let's remain frens 4ever....
Let's talk abt something less depressing... Aft sch I went Yoshinoya to eat... Yum yum... Then went Popular and bought Fruits Basket 9 (finally!) then go travel agency to book tickets to Australia (yeah so late but finally... Although I may be paying for a portion of it from my bank acc... And I'm not getting a laptop this year...) to go Gold Coast to be exact... Then went Raffles Town Club and ate buffet there and went playing video games... Although I wish ytd could be happier... It feels like although I did a lot of 'happy' things, ytd was covered in darkness of sadness... Like sinking into depression....

Hihi... Wasn't online ytd... Did anyone noticed? Spent hours doing that shitty art that ended up looking like a piece of junk... I was so ****** *** and was like, did I really spend hours doing THAT???? And waste my online time?? But then anyway today was able to online... Although later :)
Went to see that dentist today... She called me de lah... Wouldn't see her out of my own accord :X At first she juz prod here prod there.... Then she got the 'screwdriver' and the 'blower' and started 'drilling' my teeth... I won't go into details as to why she did there, juz that it was a painful experience (even the blower was painful.... Keep blowing some air or liquid into my teeth... Yeah INTO my teeth...) at last over lah then like, whew ordeal over!! Although it left a lingering pain in my teeth but I was happy to get out of the dental clinic.
Then something funny: Yi Dian go with me to dental clinic cos he went to Sarawak and missed the appointment... Then he went off after telling the dentist (only 1 dentist on duty.... And it was the young one. Lucky no old one lah, she so luo suo wan... Then the dental clinic I go inside was empty although it was supposed like, duh, of course no ppl lah, only 1 dentist leh!) den the dentist told me: your friend so honest come and tell me he nvr come. I was like, bewildered cos Yi Dian cheated in the uno afterwards... He was honest?? and also surprised.
Ahh... The uno thing... Today in school whole day play uno... Fun lah... I win 4 rounds out of 6-7 rounds that I played.... haha sweet... I hope tomorrow can continue playing uno!

Hehe... Juz finished 2 animes... I finished Death Note like 2 days ago, and finished Fruits Basket juz now. But I hvn't watched the Death Note movie, maybe next time. My comments about the series:
Death Note - a great series but I got kinda confused nearing the ending, like how come the shinigami's there then dunno gt hw many Death Notes. Maybe I should read ppl's explanation. We'll see.
Fruits Basket - also a great series, though the ending was so much different from the original manga. I'm not sure I like which one more, although like Death Note, the ending also a little unclear... I can't really decipher much of the meanings, like why Tohru chose to visit Akito (and get hit by him)...
Anyhow so darn happy I finished the series-es... Which means I can start Vampire Knight! And I'm psyched about it, seeing as how the voice cast's made up of. (All talents!) Especially Yuki, as she's voiced by Yui Horie, the voice actress of Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket (yup, it's that coincidental, kind of. I think they had an 'ulterior' motive when they approached her) and I asked some ppl who have started watching Vampire Knight, they said Yuki's just as kind as Tohru, so that's probably the reason why Yui Horie's voicing. And Mamoru Miyano's voicing Zero (yeeha! He also voiced Yagami Light in Death Note anime.) while Daisuke Kishio's voicing Kaname (he voiced Kaito/Gaito in Mermaid Melody and Ryo in Final Approach) so I can't wait! But I'm taking a few days' break from anime (it's been actually a little tiring watching anime everyday) before starting Vampire Knight. Stay tuned!

Ytd was fun!! I invited DM, qp, charmaine pong and shi-hui to my hse (2 bad cass foo couldn't come :( )... No particular reason lah, juz that they haven't come my new hse yet and we all wanted to have a gathering (even though i went out with dm, qp and charmaine juz the day before ytd)... Then we played uno and some board games and hide and seek (interesting that we still managed to play that despite my hse being rather 'small'). We also played some computer games.... And it was so fun! But I think the best of all was the uno part. We played uno attack (mine) and it was always like someone was about to win but pressing the uno attack button then shoot out so many cards then cannot win. (Haha... I did manage to win 1 round though! I needed to press the button twice, but both times nvr come out I damn heng.) Then after that we went walk walk then we play the 'swing' near my hse then qp they all rock so hard I nearly fell off -.-" Shi-hui played my scooter... Or my scooter play her? It kept knocking her leg (when I played last time always like that too) then she keep saying about that... After that we dropped Shi-hui off then went for dinner with dm, qp and charmaine pong (Shi-hui mom not allow her to come with us) we went eat 'abalone' noodles... Yum yum then dropped everyone off. Such a fun time... They all gt yi yi bu she when taking them home... Btw who gave me what presents?? I confused.... Although I do have an idea of who gave me what. Hehe!

Ytd went out with qp, dm and charmaine pong to watch high school musical 3 (initally was the coffin but charmaine watched alr so changed lor.) (i always write ytd rite? that's becoz i can't use com after i return home) and it was so nice... Though I think the high sch musical 1 is the nicest o.O We also visited dm and qp's relatives' shops over there (oh yeah we went amk hub forgot to say) and we also met ppl from our sch there (they also watching high sch musical in fact they sat in front of us!! Then later oso met at the toilet)... Alright my 4th movie of the year! Target is to watch 5... Think I'll save the last one for Twilight (out 18 Dec) from the popular book. Maybe watch it with Kaiyi? But anyway, all in all, it was a great xperience!! A great outing!

Ah.. Today I went for the P1 post activity thingy. Finished earlier lah... Quite tired also (I think first day tired-er but I wasn't there so also nt sure.) but kinda "happy" lah... Although I think the p1s a bit naughty... But compared to us, maybe not so.... HAHAHA.... One thing for sure, the p1s some very cute... Nearly wanna go tweak their cheeks XD
Those boys doing the same duty as us were so annoying... Too bad didn't bring like dictionary to whack their heads -.- Keep bullying us :( RAWR But never mind dun care them lah. So childish :P anyway last thing (probably... not sure??) for XINMIN liao so "bear with it"?

P.S. my 90th blog post. Yay.

Heyhey... Just now I was looking at a particular picture with nighttime as background when I remembered a memory... I had no idea why I was reminded of that as it had no linking to the memory. The memory was of me looking at a puzzle at night (of course, the puzzle had been completed) with the light from the night sky shining on it, and it invoked such a deep sense of melancholy that I found myself nearly crying (if I wasn't crying already). I nearly forgot about it until I went to that particular room one night and saw the view from the window exactly the same as that night (though some things change... however most were intact and same). I don't know whether it was a coincidence or what, but I happened to see the puzzle on the day I saw that forgotten night view and I nearly cried out. Before I saw that puzzle I kept remembering about it for the previous days, whether it had been discarded since it didn't belong to me. I was happy it was still there, and I hope it will remain there forever. However, one thing I could not understand was why I felt crying on that particular night that left such a strong impression in my mind. I can't remember why, but I don't care. I just want to remember it.

Ahhh... Today stayed at home cos recently sick... Vomited three times on Saturday night then was running a fever... Then Sunday morning woke up and watched tv... Then the fever rise until 39.1 deg I think then keep use the wet towel lor... Sunday was spent awake, asleep and eat that few bits of food and medicine =.= Yup slept soo much becoz real tired.... For some reasons I only sleep in the day when I'm sick... Today wake up no fever liao but very tired lah... So missed sch lor. Think the P1 and P2 post-exam activities can go on fine w/o me although wei xiang would be very tired, hving to do the packer everything himself. Now still feel tired lor... See whether later need sleep anot... Tomorrow will go sch lah... C ya...

Today Nov 1! Perhaps I should've blogged ytd... After all it was Halloween. Anyhow surprisingly I'm happy November is here. Don't ask me why! Hmm.... Going to watch anime now, hoping to start new anime soon!

Today gt injection... Ouch so darn painful... the first one (MMR, mumps-measles-rubella) hurt SO much when inserted... Really like sewing needle inserting.... And for some reason left a slight lingering pain in my right arm which passed like 1+ hr later... The DPT + oral sabin was injected in my left arm (except for the sabin which was swallowed. Tasted weird) and it didn't hurt as much as the MMR... Although it started to feel numb and painful (my left arm lah) after the pain on the right arm subsided, it still hurts now (I remember from p1 that it hurt for a few days and anyhow the pupils from other classes said the same thing) as I'm typing (I think my upper arm muscles tighten when i'm typing so it hurts)... Ouchh... I'm not 1 who takes pain well...
Just finished a nice real story named Totto-chan The Girl at the Window, written by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. The story is about a little girl named Totto-chan (her nickname) and she got expelled when she was in first grade in a certain school. Her parents then enrolled her into Tomoe Gakuen, a small 'school' comprising of less than fifty students. The book follows her and her adventures in Tomoe Gakuen, right up to the time when it was destroyed by the Americans in World War II (yup, it takes place so long ago). In fact, Totto-chan was the author herself, and it's something like a biography of her childhood (more like part of her childhood) and the story's pace is just right (although the start of each chapter has no linking to the previous whatsoever so the reader maybe just that little bit confused) that resulted in me using the computer later than usual. Anyhow, that book belongs to Mayvene, so I'm gonna return her tomorrow (yup, I promised her, and besides I'm one who has to finish a book once I start it). I hope for more books to read... I'm bored!

Ytd I went to Hougang Mall with my nanny... Not much of entertainment but anyhow she wanted to go there so I went too... Wanted to play the Mario Kart at TimeZone but people keep hogging and when they finally go other people immediately sit down so I didn't have a chance to play... Then so many ppl there playing games so I didn't play a lot of games... Next time want to ask friends to come with me to play...
Interesting thing that before entering HM my nanny said I'll definitely meet friends or people I know in HM and when I entered and looked into McDonald she was rite... becoz I told her everytime I went HM met a friend, and I saw Michelle... Coincidence??? But she was the only one... Sometimes I'll meet more...
Then we went shop shop around the shops outside the HM then nanny bought a pair of shoes for me... Happy definitely but I wanted CLOTHES not SHOES... Gt 3 pairs of new shoes this year liao if I total up... But 1 pair spoil already -.-" Hope I can buy clothes soon....

Sigh... Ytd mom scolded me again... Everytime scold me de... Lucky this morning didn't scold.... Are parents supposed to scold us for everything, even if we hadn't done anything wrong...? Should get info correct first before scolding mah... Just know how to scold only and it's not my fault... Sigh...
Today went Xinmin sec... Quite nice lah not bad can consider going to tt school... But nid get 250+ to get scholarship??? A bit difficult... Actually more like very difficult?? Anyhow see results first lor.... Some of the things in the lessons conducted today I already know but wen gu zhi xin also can mah... Besides some info is new to me (like the terms of the light ray bending like refractive ray) so I gain more knowledge :D Although the popiah thing was.... I forgot how to roll the popiah though cos like 3 mths never roll liao... At least tasted ok so my skill never go down otherwise maybe throw it away or give someone else?

Today I suddenly decided to 'research' on things that I wanted to know... (Actually can't exactly be considered as 'suddenly' as I had no idea what I wanted to do online.) I started with Itazura na Kiss, an anime that Kaiyi said was interesting to watch, then I moved on to the mangaka (a person who draws manga) of the series, then to Ritsuko Okazaki, the singer of the theme songs of Fruits Basket, then to Yui Horie, the voice actress of Tohru Honda of Fruits Basket, then to Ayumi Hamasaki and Utada Hikaru, and finally Fruits Basket and the books + CD relating to it other than the manga itself. Here's what I learnt:
-Itazura na Kiss was never finished due to the death of the mangaka while moving house.
-The mangaka of Itazura na Kiss, Kaoru Tada, hit her head on a marble table while moving house with her husband and son and went into a coma. She passed away 3 weeks later, on March 11 1999 at 38 years old.
-Ritsuko Okazaki passed away on May 5 2004 due to sepsis shock (a medical term for bloodstream infection). She was 44 years old.
-Apparently Ritsuko Okazaki produced songs for Yui Horie, the voice actress of Tohru Honda in Fruits Basket and voice actress of Yuki Cross in Vampire Knight.
-Fruits Basket anime was produced in 2001, before the manga finished in 2006. As a result the anime only featured part of the whole manga series and never introduced all the zodiac characters. This is also why Ritsuko Okazaki was able to compose and sing the theme songs. She also came up with the lyrics herself.
-Yui Horie has released 7 albums in addition to her many roles of voice actress in various animes.
-Ayumi Hamasaki started modeling at age seven, after which she acted and sang. Her first few singles, as well as her previous results of modeling, acting or singing did not exactly bring her to popularity. It wasn't until she released her debut album (she released a rap album before though) that she became famous.
-Ayumi Hamasaki is deaf in her left ear from a disease.
-Utada Hikaru is 25 years old this year, but is married at age 19 before divorcing at 24. She plans to get married again.
-There was once when the two singers were competing with their albums in year 2001, which resulted in each album (Ayumi a compliation album and Hikaru a second studio album) selling over 5 million copies.
-Fruits Basket has a drama cd released by magazine Hana to Yume, a fan book and 2 art books by Natsuki Takaya. There are also items like Fruits Basket plushies of the various zodiac animals, calendars (wall type), clothes, keychains, button, figurines, school supplies and a collectible card game, some of the items produced. (I personally own a Fruits Basket envelope and letter set.) This shows how popular Fruits Basket is.
-Fruits Basket is known worldwide. Apart from its original Japanese language, this manga is also translated into 11 other languages.

Ok, I've no idea why I wanted to put all this on my blog. Maybe I am a fan of everything Japanese so this is the result?? I really want to collect all the Fruits Basket merchandise though... Only bought up to volume 8 and already a hard-core fan. LOL. Signing off!

Boring day today. Don't ask me why I put that date + weather on top. Felt like doing that. Used com for abt 1hr in the morning. And now abt 35min. Not online in Windows Live Messenger cos at uncle house then he dun hv tht den can't download. And I planned to use com earlier but gor sleeping (not my real gor anyway) and can't use cos the stupid modem is in his rm. -.-" sigh... Btw who'se Jianhe? (Read my tagboard.) Dun think I know him.. Yet he's in my school. I'M SO DARN BORED!!!

Think I forgot to explain WHY I'm bored. Using my uncle's com, I can't:
-Play Flash games cos he dun have Flash.
-Watch anime cos he dun have Flash.
-Not enough time to change blogskin cos gonna log off soon (this has nothing to do with using his com).
-Can't chat with pals cos dun hv Windows Live Messenger.
-Can't chat using Windows Messenger cos nid the .NET passport and I dunno abt it and dunno can do cos my uncle not here.
-Can't do any of the above cos I can't download!

Sigh.. My 'pathetic' life much? Anyhow gotta use com for abt 4h tomorrow yeeha! :)

Fun Day Out

Yesterday I went out with Kaiyi and Cass Foo to Bishan Junction 8 to watch the new 20th Century Boys movie. Had a lot of fun...

We went there at abt 12pm but they reached first cos my dad was slow... They were shopping at Gift a Name and bought some keychains. After which we went to the food court and me and cass bought pepper lunch... Yum! I bought the Salmon Pepper Lunch while Cass bought the Pepper Lunch with Chicken and Egg (called something like that, I can't remember the exact name!). Kaiyi said wanna go on diet wor... Bought bobo chacha and lemon tea, but didn't finish! Cass too... She also had coke and didn't finish everything. Me, well I cleaned the whole plate! :D

After that we went to Virtualand, the arcade. I spent $5 there (my Pepper Lunch cost $6.50) for 2 games of Mario Kart + Mario Kart card ($2) and a racing game. We also played a drumming game, lots and lots of basketball games (I didn't play, only Kaiyi and Cass played), the 'pucker' game (the game where you get a pucker and you're supposed to hit it with a 'bat'... I dunno the game! Ask Kaiyi or Cass!). We spent lots of money there!

We went to Comics Connection next becoz Cass said she wanted to buy comics... But she didn't buy in the end -.-" However me and Kaiyi shared a Chinese comic book cost. Kaiyi if u see this blog entry lend me the comic book!

Then we go guang guang (shopping) lor... Juz go here and there look and see... When we went from a stall selling bags to dunno where Kaiyi said the shopkeeper (or rather stallkeeper) was glaring at us. Maybe becoz we see everything but never buy something?? Then Kaiyi decided to go back up the cinema and we bought popcorn + coke. But the cinema hall wasn't seating yet so me and Cass were standing there eating popcorn while Kaiyi went to toilet. When she came back the hall was available for seating so we went in. Even though the show said to start at 2.45pm but 3pm alr haven't start and we finished HALF the popcorn (haha!)!!!!! Anyhow the show started and was very nice!

However near the end of the movie Cass kept saying is this possible is that possible? It WAS supposed to be sci-fi... But the movie nice lah wanna watch the second! (It's a trilogy.) Maybe we can meet up next year or next next year depending when the second comes into the cinema and catch up with everything seeing as we are going to different schools (maybe)... Anyhow we kept hoping yes ended! but it never seemed to end becoz we all wanted to go toilet LOL. We did go before the movie... I think it was becoz of the coke. After the movie FINALLY ended me and Kaiyi discussed about the movie and agreed that the storyline was a little similar to that of Death Note's although Kaiyi said Death Note was simpler while me and Cass thought it was more complex than 20th Century Boys. We have different opinions?

We bought Takopachi before going to the bus stop and taking the bus home.. Me and Cass took 88 while Kaiyi took 55 I think... At least I got company :D I got off few bus stops before Cass and I thought, fun day out! We should do it again! I should certainly do this with my other friends too!

Yay PSLE over!

Well I am ecstatic!!!!!!!! All those months, or maybe weeks, of slogging... While I hope it pays off, I can play now! Got a heck lot of things to do so maybe make a list...? Will see first... haven't got around to do that yet cos gonna finish a certain book and use the com? Haha... and all the anime i gonna watch or finish watching! Read manga online? I think i shld stop rattering on... i can be long-winded haha....

I will change my blogskin, make an effort to blog more, and relink everyone... (Will relink first, dun worry! Juz nt today.) Think I zoom off!

>Watching anime. I'm finishing up my fave anime's second season. No, scratch that, I've ALREADY finished it today. Since I don't use the com everyday and I don't watch so many eps in a row in a day, my speed is rather slow. Still, I finished FINALLY. Sigh... Waiting for 3rd season to come out! Anyway won't be watching anime from now till PSLE over...

That's why I can't wait for PSLE to be over... My anime goal for this year (after PSLE of course) would be to finish at least ONE anime (just one) and finish up another anime that I left halfway (I've got quite a few). I hope I'll be able to fulfill it!

Shinigami no Ballad finished!

Just finished a nice anime named Shinigami no Ballad... It simply depicts how one's actions can easily change a life (life and death basically) and its bittersweet moments. In a way it makes you appreciate life more. A definite watch.

Episodes are available on YouTube and Veoh, but more difficult to search for as it's licensed a few days ago... But using Google or Yahoo would be much easier. The manga is available on sale in stores (Popular and Comics Connection basically) islandwide.

Long time no post! Saturday events part 1 = Kaiyi's house

Long time no post! Saturday events part 1 = Kaiyi's house

Yep I know it's a long time since I've posted. (Or is it?) So now I'm gonna talk about what I did yesterday.

Well, ytd I went 2 Kaiyi's house for her bday bash, and this is the people she invited: Charmaine, me, Emily, Jiayi, Brenda, Geraldine, Josiah, Hong Wei, Devin, Victor, Bryan, David Lee, Anthony and Shawn Foo (he came later). (No particular way of arranging the names, though I admit I placed the girls first.) We ate lunch at her house: Pizza and noodles accompanied by fried chicken, mini sausages and nuggets (were there nuggets?) . There was fruit dessert and punch too. Then later we played lots of games, such as water bomb, Taboo and some more.

Water Bomb: Heard that some guys came over to help earlier in the making of the water bombs (like an hour or so) but smashed the water bombs in 3 minutes flat. We girls didn't get to play, too bad, but anyway no point cos the boys were playing so roughly... That Bryan Wu aimed at my clothes even though Kaiyi said not 2 throw at the head and body area. Luckily the water bomb didn't break (even though Bryan threw it twice and it hit me) and when Emily threw back the same bomb at him, it broke! I couldn't help laughing... Serves him right in a way.

Taboo: My first time playing it, so I kinda sucked at it yesterday... Victor won the trial part, Emily won the actual one. Still it generated lots of laughter! I did tried my best though, and lots did... But for some, they don't care! (In particular Devin Tan) I do want 2 play again though!

3rd game: Acting game (We have to act out a certain skit of our choice)
Lots of laughter here too. I think David Lee's skit was real funny, tickled me pink. I actually skipped the acting game cruz lots of ppl said 2 go to the basketball court (which was rather far away so we needed to leave early) then we all went and I didn't act it out.

4th game: Basketball
I didn't play this. Was 2 hot anyway 2 play... Sweating like crazy. Only some of us play. Me, Geraldine, Jiayi and occasionally some took a break didn't play. Will type more of this later when others have typed cos I'm real tired now.

Anyhow we headed home soon cos we were almost dying of dehydration, and I was at the back. (Surprise? No way.) When we reached Kaiyi's house some accompanied her to buy some drinks, and later some others went to buy too (on themselves). Only a handful remained, me included (I'm SO lazy!) and we drank the punch that Kaiyi offered. I was so hot and tired that I nearly collapsed (exaggeration here) and panting like a dog. We waited for everyone to return, and when Jiayi and Emily (who went to buy drinks) finally came back (Kaiyi returned long long ago before them) we kept asking them why they were so late. Jiayi said that they kinda of got lost when they returned, which made me kinda regret not going with them since I knew the area well, having cycled around there for the past few years.

We played Truth or Dare when everyone was assembled, but not everyone played. I didn't, for one, cos I don't really like the game. Why? Simple. If u were the one chosen, and u chose Truth, they'll ask who u like. If u choose Dare, they'll whip up a drink (100 plus or punch) and pour lots of things inside eg. salt, pepper, gravy and so on (The later u get chosen 2 choose Dare, the more ingredients they'll put inside). Makes my stomach turn when I think of it... *Shudders* Only the boys chose Dare though, so we won't know what will the girls have to do if they chose Dare.

After the game we were supposed to be playing Cluedo, but everyone gt in the spirit of kidding around and whatsoever until someone suggested going out of Kaiyi's house to play cos the boys were throwing the huge exercise balls and hitting the furniture in the living room. The boys kept throwing the ball over to Kaiyi's neighbour's house. I didn't play (again) cos too rough for me (how many times have I not played?) and the weather was still very hot, so I skipped the game and stayed inside, enjoying the aircon. And that's pretty much what we did until my dad fetched me home, except with regards to jumping on Kaiyi's trampoline (yupp she has 1) and having a competition 2 see who can jump the highest. Me, Brenda, Jiayi and Anthony took part. (Finally I played something. LOL.)

At last, I said goodbye 2 everyone there when my dad came... And the start of Saturday events part 2! Stay tuned! (Though some ppl might not enjoy my part 2 as well as part 1 since they dunno many of the 'characters' in part 2.) Sayonara!

I'm currently watching (anime) Death Note, Fruits Basket and Full Moon wo Sagashite. And I'm playing poneyvallee (http://en.poneyvallee.com/), Stardoll (http://www.stardoll.com/) and Habbo SG (http://www.habbo.com.sg/). Rather busy... (Though I probably should be studying for my SA1! Hahas~)

Guess I'll play some games and watch some animes now... Cos I need to revise some work later and do my assessment! Sayonara~

Long time never blogged!

Yay finally can use my com to go internet!

4 2 months, i couldn't use my home com 2 access internet cos of DSL connection failure. 2dae the SingTel 'fixer' came my house and said that my modem was spoilt. Spoilt? i onli used the home com thrice a week.. how come it was spoilt? anyway i bought a new modem, mio, which cost $188... so ex.. but whatever. I'm so lucky 2 be able to use my com again to access internet!!

1 of my best bdays ever!

As every1 noes (or so I hope), my bday's on 8 Feb (u can see this on my bdays list on the sidebar of this blog), and coz my bday's on the 2nd day of the lunar new year, i'm not having a party this year. some ppl asked me y i can't celebrate ahead of time, and my answer is that if i'm celebrating ahead of time, it would be 1 week earlier, on a weekend. and since that weekend teacher happened 2 give the most homework and that saturday i was going 2 emily's house for her bday, it would be tiring 2 hold it on sunday (imagining attending 2 parties on a weekend! you'll be beat), and i dun think i could have finished my homework. so that's why.

but dun u wonder why i put the title as 1 of my best bdays ever if i didn't celebrate it? well i did, it's only that i didn't celebrate it with my friends (and classmates probably), i celebrated it with my family and my nanny family. why this is 1 of my best bdays, let's see the list.

1) this is the first time in 12 yrs that my mom has ever been able 2 celebrate my bday with me. For the past 11 yrs, she was always 2 busy 2 celebrate with me as my birthday is round the corner of chinese new year and that's the time she's the busiest. i thank the gods i can celebrate with my mum (finally!) this year as her business is closed during the first 2 days of chinese new year, but this year she managed 2 close 3 days so I'm very happy.

2) Fantastic presents. Up till now, i've had 2 presents from friends (maybe some planned 2 give it 2 me after chinese new year but i dun hold high hopes.) 1 of them is from Xiu Qin (1 of my oldest childhood friends. wat i mean is that i know her for the longest, but she's 1 of them.), and she gave me a bottle of stars, bottle reused from those juice bottles they sell at school for 90 cents per bottle, green folded stars filled in the bottle. she wrote the words happy birthday on the bottle for i think bout 8 times. I was so touched becoz this is the most meaningful gft of all...

the other present i got from my friends is from Kai Yi, and she gave me a photo album. to me, it symbolises a way to store my childhood memories in it, and it's also very meaningful too. here, i thank my friends again for giving me such wonderful gifts.

some other of my friends sent me birthday greetings via sms, and i also would like 2 thank them becoz it's the thought that counts, no matter how they send it. Xiu Qin, Emily, Eshane, my uncle, and Maggie jiejie, thanks for sending me the bday messages!

and my nanny family? they gave me the most expensive and useful present of all... an MP4!!! I was like, omg becoz i had kinda of wanted an MP3. LOL! but nvm, the screen was relli clear and when i viewed the default vids inside 2dae it was relli good. thanks every1 for buying this, including my godmother who chipped in also! (Brand: Creative Zen, black in colour)

*Note: If u have sent me a bday email, i'm sorry i can't put ur name cos my com sot sot and does not allow me 2 view my emails. sorry! and if u gave me my present later, i will write ur name down in a new blog entry so dun worry if i did not do it rite away cos i did not have time.

3) A great bday night. I went 2 my nanny house and had a great steamboat feast (i did not relli minded eating steamboat cos it was the 2nd time i've ate steamboat so i did not loathe it yet), then had a yummy choc cake with coconut and strawberry in it and had lots of bday photos and went 2 watch CJ7 at Shaw Towers @ Balestier at 11pm, and went home happily at 1am+.

All in all, it was a truly great 12 yr old bday party, my last childhood bday party (in my opinion)!

Tortured by feelings

lately the pressure of the PSLE has returned.

I hate to say this, but whenever i think about the exam that is slowing inching forward on the calendar (what i mean is that slowly the days of the exam are becoming nearer and nearer), i get all tense up. i'm almost exploding now!!!!

ahhhh i can't take it! probably be4 the days of the PSLE i'll go mad already. haha XD..

yeah i noe i'm being a little cheesy with my name... i sound like some sort of cartoon character...

but anyway, i bet all of you r dying 2 know what's up this few weeks!!

wahh the school is still undergoing maintaince... ava room converted 2 classroom.. amphitheatre removed... frankly speaking i dun really like the whole idea about it... i mean the removing of stuff in the school cos those are some of my fave places... honestly...

i do like the painting a little.... although it's a little plain it makes the school look bettter on the outside but the inside... sucks. the colour doesn't go along with anything else. the wall of the whiteboard in my class is painted light blue, but it's so light that it doesn't look nice. a darker 1 would loook better, like the colour of our uniform...

also we r now called the 'councillors' and not 'prefects'... i muz say the new badge looks nice, although the senior councillors (councillors of the councillor committee or sth like that) and the 'heads' doesn't look as nice. no offense. i wonder how the councillors on the committee are picked (not saying that they r not worth the 'title', juz thinking that all of them put together looks weird. no offense again)... something 2 figure out...

luckily form teacher this year is mrs pakiam... so lucky :D... hehe... below is a list of all the teachers that teach 6A and i'm 1 of the pupils.
